What you provide & revisions

You provide your logo, photographs, business information, and draft content.

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed project scope. New pages, new features, or a different design direction need a separate quote. Fixes to our own implementation errors don’t count against your revision rounds.

Extensive copywriting, e-commerce, custom integrations, paid assets, additional pages, and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

How payment works

50% payment to begin.
Remaining 50% after your approval and before launch.

Work begins once the first payment and required materials are received. Your written proposal confirms the final scope, schedule, and any additional services.

Website Care includes — $49/month

Hosting for the agreed website on the supported platform.
SSL where supported.
Uptime monitoring and investigation of detected issues.
Routine checks and fixes needed to keep existing website functionality operating.
A recoverable source copy or platform version history, with the recovery method confirmed before launch.
Up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month (unused time doesn’t roll over).
Email support, with an initial response target of two business days.

Small updates include text corrections, photo replacements, business hours, and contact information. Not included: new pages, redesigns, new features, extensive troubleshooting of outside services, ongoing SEO, domain registration, email hosting, and paid third-party subscriptions. Website Care is separate from monthly Local SEO, and is month-to-month with no minimum term.

2. Monthly Local SEO plans

Local SEO is optional and billed monthly, separately from Website Care. A page action is one agreed page created or meaningfully optimized. Page quotas are totals per plan, not added on top of lower plans.

The one-time website build charge is additional. SEO is optional; Website Care is part of the hosted website packages. Existing SEO clients don’t need hosting unless it’s part of their agreement.

Pricing questions

What is the one-time website charge?

It’s the build price for your package: Launch $199, Business $299, or Growth $499. You pay 50% to begin and the remaining 50% after approval, before launch.

What does the monthly charge cover?

The $49/month Website Care charge covers hosting, monitoring, routine fixes, a recoverable copy of your site, up to 30 minutes of small updates, and email support. It starts at launch and is billed monthly in advance.

What content do I need to provide?

Your logo, photographs, business information, and draft content. We lightly edit your draft text; extensive copywriting is quoted separately.

How do revisions work?

A revision round is one consolidated list of changes within the agreed project scope. Launch includes one round; Business and Growth include two. Fixes to our own implementation errors don’t count.

Who owns the website?

After full payment, the client owns the approved custom deliverables to the extent Marneta can transfer those rights. Client-supplied content remains the client’s property. Fonts, stock assets, software, templates, and platform components remain subject to their respective licenses. Available source files can be provided on request after full payment. Hosting access, platform subscriptions, and third-party services are separate from ownership, and any platform or transfer limits are disclosed in your proposal before work begins.

Can I cancel?

Website Care is month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel in writing before the next billing date; service continues through the paid period and unused time isn’t refunded. Before hosting ends, we provide available source files and reasonable transfer information; migration work is quoted separately. If a website build is canceled before completion, completed work is charged against payments received and any unearned balance is refunded.

How long does a project take?

Your schedule is confirmed in your written proposal. Work begins after the first payment and required materials are received, and client delays move the schedule.

Is SEO included in hosting and maintenance?

No. Website Care and Local SEO are separate. Ongoing SEO is an optional monthly plan with its own terms — see Local SEO.

Does Local SEO guarantee rankings?

No. Local SEO work can improve how clearly search engines understand your business, but no one can guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or a specific timetable.
